Nicomaine Dei Capili Mendoza first time in history breaks record top 1 of most number of tweets according to Twitter Philippines on December 05, she also popularly known as “Yaya Dub”, is a Filipina actress, singer-songwriter, and television and internet personality. She is the best known for her viral Dubsmash videos and her role as “Yaya Dub” in the noontime show Eat Bulaga! segment ‘Kalyeserye’ airing on GMA Network and worldwide via GMA Pinoy TV.

In December 2015, Mendoza got a star at the Philippine Walk of Fame at Eastwood City, Libis, Quezon City along with her ‘Kalyeserye’ co-stars and was named favorite young actress in the 5th OFW Gawad Parangal.

Maine Mendoza was also given a Makabatang Alagad ng Telebisyon (Child-friendly Artist on Television) seal by Anak TV in February 2016. Mendoza also won several awards in the Nuffnang Philippines Bloggers Awards. She finished her high school at St. Paul College of Bocaue in Bulacan. She completed a bachelor’s degree in hotel, restaurant and institution management major in culinary arts at De La Salle-College of St. Benilde. She had her internship at The Sagamore in Bolton Landing, New York.

Nagbigay ng komento ang Eat Bulaga! host at “Mean To Beh” star Vic Sotto tungkol sa pinagdadaanan ngayon ng kapwa niya Dabarkads na si Maine, na nakatanggap ng mga puna matapos niyang magsulat ng isang open letter sa fans.

Bagama’t hindi ito diretsahang nagkataon destiny ang tingin ng iba dito. Sa dinami-dami ng pwedeng maka-relate sa sinabi ni PopPe Francis nagkataon na na-i-relate pa ng mga AlDub Nation sa naging paglahad sa katotohanan sa Open Letter ni Maine Mendoza.

Currently, Eat Bulaga! undergoes advanced taping, preparing for their Christmas break. Hosts and staffs of the longest-running noontime show will have an almost two weeks vacation starting December 16, Thursday.
